We’re Austin and Madalyn Dearing, a husband-and-wife duo who love hosting and turning ordinary events into unforgettable experiences. After years of planning parties and realizing space for a bar was always the biggest headache, we thought—why not create a solution that’s stylish, easy, and fun? That’s how Traveling Tavern Co. was born. Born and raised in Peoria, Illinois, we know how important it is to make memories with family and friends. Austin works in corrections, Madalyn is a nurse—so this venture is definitely outside our usual day jobs! But we’re excited to bring something new and fun to Central Illinois and help others host stress-free, stylish events. And here’s the kicker: nothing like this has been done before in the area. We’re not your typical bar-on-wheels or food truck. Think of us as a traveling event space, designed to fit your theme and your vibe.
